Fernoch is an ideal base for holidays and short breaks. It's located in the heart of beautiful Argyll. Loch Fyne and the historic town of Inverary are to the south. Loch Lomond and the Trossachs to the east. Ben Nevis and Glen Coe to the north. Oban and the Isles to the west. All are within easy touring distances.

Horse riding, pony trekking, golf, quad-biking and clay pigeon shooting are all available locally. The area is perfect for walkers and we provide OS maps and helpful guide books for your use.

Take a boat out on Loch Awe. We have direct access to the loch from the grounds of Sonachan House and boats may be rented locally. Or perhaps you'll simply wish to sit back and relax, and soak up the magical scenery?
